Hi,
No one can help anyone with an addiction unless the addicted person wants help. It is the gambler's responsibility to understand that he has a problem. It is also his responsibility to do something about it. There is absolutely nothing you can do short of strapping him to a chair and not allowing him to get to the gambling casino, and that is illegal.
