Do you really think this means anything to the gambleholic?? Heck no, it doesn't. The Kentucky Lottery came out in the early ninties and has been destroying the lives of gamblers every since it's beginning.

In Kentucky, many of the voters chose the new governor in hopes to get casino gambling pushed through. But, you know all those big wallets over at the lottery commision aint gonna let that happen, no sir, no way.

All a kentuckian has to do to get online gambling is use a relatives name in another state. Also, they can drive to the boat and when it undocks from the shore, they can gamble to their hearts content right on the bordering state of Indiana.
